About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Dial4.food website and the phone ordering service provided through it. Dial4.food is operated by Posso Ltd (company number 11813595). By using the website you agree to these terms.
Restaurant listings
Menus, prices, opening hours, delivery areas and allergen information are provided by each restaurant. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Pages marked “Sample listing” are examples only and their phone numbers are not connected.
Placing an order by phone
- Your order is a contract between you and the restaurant, not with Posso Ltd.
- The AI assistant reads your order and total back before it is sent. Please listen carefully and correct anything that is wrong before you confirm.
- If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell the assistant and check directly with the restaurant before eating.
- Payment, collection, delivery, cancellations and refunds are handled by the restaurant.
Acceptable use
Please do not place false orders, misuse phone numbers, attempt to disrupt the service or scrape the website. We may block access where we see misuse.
Intellectual property
The Dial4.food name, logo, website design and content belong to Posso Ltd or its licensors. Restaurant names, menus and images belong to the restaurants.
Our liability
We provide the website and ordering technology with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for the food, service or delivery provided by restaurants.
Changes and law
