Our commitment
Ordering by phone exists so that nobody has to wrestle with small buttons, long forms or passwords. We want the website to be just as easy to use, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with clearly visible focus indicators.
- Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and labelled form fields for screen readers.
- Text and controls are designed to meet colour contrast requirements.
- Animated demonstrations can be paused, and respect your device's reduced-motion setting. Nothing plays sound automatically.
- Layouts adapt to small screens and to text zoomed up to 200%.
- Frequently asked questions use native, accessible expanding sections.
Ordering without the website
Every restaurant's Dial4.food page shows its phone number in plain text, so you can dial it directly from any phone. The AI assistant lets you ask questions, take your time and hear the whole order read back before you confirm.
Feedback
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@dial4.food. Tell us the page and the problem and we will aim to respond within five working days.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
