For restaurants and takeaways
Add a phone ordering channel to your restaurant
In short
Dial4.food gives your business a dedicated restaurant page and phone number. Customers call it, an AI ordering assistant takes the order from your menu, reads it back with the total, and the confirmed order arrives as a clear ticket on your Posso POS, order terminal or kitchen printer.
It runs alongside the delivery apps you already use. It is not a marketplace, it does not import or change your listings on other platforms, and it does not supply delivery drivers.
Who it suits
Built for the calls you are already getting.
Phone orders have never gone away. This gives them somewhere organised to land.
You already use delivery apps
Keep Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat running exactly as they are. Dial4.food is a separate channel of your own, not a replacement for them.
Your phone rings during the rush
Calls get answered while your team is plating and packing, instead of ringing out or sitting on hold.
Collection is a big part of your trade
Collection customers can order in a few spoken sentences and turn up when the food is ready.
Your customers prefer talking
Some people will never install an app. They can ask a question, change their mind and hear the order read back.
The supported journey
From your menu page to your kitchen.
Every step below is part of the service as it works today.
- Step 1: Your menu pageCustomers see your menu on Dial4.food
- Step 2: Your own numberThey tap your dedicated Dial4.food number
- Step 3: Spoken orderThe assistant takes it from your menu
- Step 4: Read backItems and total confirmed by the caller
- Step 5: Your kitchenA ticket on your POS, terminal or printer
Payment options depend on your setup. Many restaurants take payment on collection or delivery, and online payment through Posso Pay is available through supported restaurant setups. We confirm what applies to you during the demo.
What stays yours
You keep control of the food and the promise.
Dial4.food takes the order. Everything after that is the restaurant's, exactly as it is on a normal phone call.
Cooking and packing
The order arrives as a clear ticket. Preparing it is your kitchen's job, at your pace.
Delivery arrangements
Dial4.food does not supply drivers. Delivery is offered where you already run it, with your own areas and charges.
Menu, prices and availability
You decide what is on the menu, what it costs and what is off today. The assistant works from that.
Opening hours and fulfilment
Your hours, your collection times and any promises made to the customer about them.
Owner questions, answered
If something here matters to your setup, ask on the demo and we will check it rather than guess.
Do I need to change my POS?
Not necessarily. Orders can reach you through Posso POS, a Posso order terminal or a supported kitchen printer. If you use a different POS, tell us what it is during the demo and we will confirm what is possible for your setup rather than promise compatibility in advance.
Do I need to leave Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat?
No. Dial4.food is an additional channel with its own page and number. Your marketplace listings, menus and agreements with those companies are unaffected, and nothing here connects to them.
Who delivers the food?
You do, where you already offer delivery. Dial4.food does not provide couriers and does not use marketplace drivers. Where you only do collection, the assistant takes collection orders.
How will customers find my number?
Your Dial4.food restaurant page shows your menu and your dedicated number, and you can promote the same number yourself on your website, packaging, shopfront, printed menus and social profiles. Most restaurants get more from their own promotion than from waiting to be found.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your setup, so we quote per restaurant rather than publish a single price. The pricing page lists exactly what a quote covers and what we need from you to prepare one.

A demo uses a menu like yours, so you can hear how the call goes and ask what it would take to run it in your restaurant.
