Dial4.food pricing for restaurants

Dial4.food is quoted per restaurant, because the cost depends on your menu, your sites, how orders reach your kitchen and whether you want to take payment. This page sets out exactly what a quote covers and what we need from you, so there are no surprises on the call.

What a quote covers

Six things to get in writing.

Ask for each of these as a separate line. A channel is only worth adding if you can see what it costs to run.

  • Setup and menu build

Getting your menu, sizes, options and prices into the system, and creating your Dial4.food restaurant page.

  • Your dedicated number

The phone number customers call, and the ordering service that answers it.

  • Getting orders into your kitchen

Sending confirmed orders to Posso POS, a Posso order terminal or a supported kitchen printer, and any hardware you still need.

  • Payments, if you want them

Whether you take payment on collection or delivery, or online through Posso Pay where your setup supports it.

  • Ongoing service

The monthly service itself, support, and reporting on calls, orders and sales.

  • Terms

Contract length, notice period and what happens if you want to stop. Ask for these in writing before you commit.

What we need from you

Six answers and we can quote.

Most of this is on your menu and your last month of orders. Nothing here commits you to anything.

  1. 1Your menu, with sizes, options and current prices.
  2. 2How many sites you want to set up.
  3. 3What you use in the kitchen today: Posso POS, another POS, a printer or nothing yet.
  4. 4Whether you offer collection only, or collection and your own delivery.
  5. 5Roughly how many orders and phone calls you take in a normal week.
  6. 6Whether you want to take payment during the call or on collection and delivery.

Prefer to talk it through first? See how the ordering call works before asking for numbers.

Pricing questions

Why is there no price list on this page?

Because the right answer depends on your menu, your sites, how orders need to reach your kitchen and whether you want payments. We would rather quote your setup than publish a headline number that turns out not to apply to you.

What will the quote actually itemise?

Setup and menu build, the ongoing service, how orders reach your kitchen including any hardware, payments if you want them, and the contract terms. Ask for each line to be written down so you can compare it with what you pay elsewhere.

Are there costs that do not come from Dial4.food?

Possibly. Card payment processing, any hardware you buy outright and your own delivery costs sit outside the Dial4.food service. We will point out which parts of a quote are ours and which are not.

Does this replace what I pay Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat?

No. Those agreements are between you and them and are unaffected. Dial4.food is a separate channel with its own costs, so compare it on what it adds rather than as a swap.

Can I see it working before I commit?

Yes. A demo uses a menu like yours so you can hear a call from start to finish, and you can ask what your own setup would involve before any commitment.
